The goal is to Inform our networks about the inequities that plague our profession, provide opportunities to Discuss these inequities, and Equip these networks with solutions that will enable them to Act and Lead for change.
In the days ahead, we will work with our members and partners to establish opportunities for the in-house community to discuss and develop best practices and resources to promote racial understanding and diversity.
